Effective Date: 3 July 2024

Some important things we want to bring to your attention up front are as follows (more detail is provided in the full Terms and Conditions below):

  • These Terms and Conditions apply from the Effective Date stated above and constitute an agreement between each Registered Member and ECCPL.
  • Promotional benefits provided to RV Online subscribers and other RV Online customers prior to the Program start date will be honoured in accordance with the terms and conditions they were issued under.
  • RVO Nation Program Benefits issued on or after the Program start date are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
  • There are a couple of important things to note about RVO Nation Points. RVO Nation Points expire 365 days after they are credited to your account (if you have not redeemed them by that time) and the Points can only be redeemed in multiples of 500 Points on eligible purchases (so if you have a Points balance of less than 500 Points you will need to earn at least 500 Points before you can redeem them, otherwise your Points balance will expire). See Sections 10 & 18 for more detail.
  • By becoming a Member, each Member consents to ECCPL and RV Online collecting, using, storing and disclosing personal information and other information about the Member for the purposes of the Program and other purposes set out in the RV Online Privacy Policy – see Section 21 below and the RV Online Privacy Policy for further details.
  • ECCPL and RV Online reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions as they see fit from time to time but they will act reasonably when doing so and will give at least 60 days notice to Members of any material adverse changes – see Section 19.

Please read all of the Terms and Conditions below before you join and regularly thereafter so you are fully across the Program before you join and when you are using it.

1.   Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to the RVO Nation Program and are effective from the Effective Date stated above (“Effective Date”). The RVO Nation Program is owned and operated by ECCPL and ECCPL provides the RVO Nation Program on and subject to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Subject to Section 2, participation in the RVO Nation Program is open to all individuals (resident in Australia and 18 years or over), provided they register and become a Registered Member as described below.
1.3 You must be a Registered Member to participate in the RVO Nation Program and to earn and redeem RVO Nation Points.
1.4 These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between each Registered Member and ECCPL. As such, these Terms and Conditions set out important rights and obligations of Members regarding the RVO Nation Program.
1.5 Further details about the RVO Nation Program, including about earning and redeeming RVO Nation Points, are available on the RV Online Website.
1.6 These Terms and Conditions are also to be read in conjunction with any additional terms and conditions regarding the Benefits provided under the Program, as provided by ECCPL or RV Online from time to time.

2.   Participating in the RVO Nation Program – Registered Members

2.1 Individuals (as described in Section 2) may apply to participate in the RVO Nation Program by completing the registration process, registering the required customer details (including a valid email address) and accepting these Terms and Conditions, on the RV Online Website.
2.2 Registered Members (and persons eligible to apply to participate in the RVO Nation Program) must be:
   (a) a natural person; and
   (b) 18 (eighteen) years of age or older; and
   (c) an Australian resident.
2.3 Eligible individuals (as described above) may also apply to participate in the RVO Nation Program by telephoning RV Online customer services and registering their customer details (including a valid email address) over the phone. In this case, the individual will not be entitled to any Benefits or other offers through the Program.  To obtain Benefits or offers under the Program, the individual must complete the registration process, register the required customer details (including a valid email address) and accept these Terms and Conditions, on the RV Online Website.
2.4 ECCPL may accept or reject any application to participate in the RVO Nation Program in its sole discretion acting reasonably. Without limiting the foregoing, customers that ECCPL determines are business, commercial or wholesale customers are not eligible to participate in the RVO Nation Program.
2.5 Each Registered Member will have a RVO Nation Program account allocated to him/her for the purposes of the RVO Nation Program and earning and redeeming RVO Nation Points under the Program (each a “Program Account”). Each Registered Member may only have one Program Account assigned to him/her and ECCPL may at its discretion acting reasonably close any additional Program Accounts in the name of a Registered Member.
2.6 Registered Members must notify ECCPL as soon as possible after they become aware of any unauthorised access to their Program Account. Registered Members are liable for all unauthorised access to a Program Account until ECCPL is notified of such unauthorised access.
2.7 By applying to become a Registered Member of the RVO Nation Program, or by participating in the RVO Nation Program (including by earning or redeeming RVO Nation Points or other Benefits), each Registered Member agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, in the form presented on the RV Online Website, including any changes to these Terms and Conditions under Section 19.
2.8 In order for a Registered Member to participate in the RVO Nation Program (including earning and redeeming RVO Nation Points), the Program registration details for the Registered Member must at all times include a valid email address for the Registered Member.
2.9 Termination of a Registered Member’s registration as a Registered Member and participation in the Program (for any reason) will result in all RVO Nation Points and Benefits accumulated by the Registered Member to that time being immediately cancelled and unable to be redeemed (other than any Vouchers that have been issued to the Member and have not yet expired, which will remain available for use until their expiry date). If that individual then subsequently wishes to register again to participate in the RVO Nation Program, the individual will need to re-register as per the process in the other provisions of this Section 2.  Any such individual that re-registers will not be eligible for a Welcome Voucher.

3.   Registered Member Program Accounts and transactions

3.1 Registered Members:
   (a) will have online access to their Program Accounts at the RV Online Website;
   (b) must not allow any third party to access or perform any transaction using the Registered Member’s Program Account; and
   (c) cannot and must not transfer their Program Account or any Benefits to another person.
3.2 Registered Members may only change their Program Account personal details by either: (a) logging in to their Program Account online at the RV Online Website using the valid email address and password recorded in the Program registration details for the Registered Member, or (b) telephoning RV Online customer services and (after their identity is verified to the satisfaction of the customer services operator) registering their updated personal details over the phone. It is a Member’s responsibility to update their Program Account details including their first name and surname, Registered Email address and phone number.  The Member’s Program Account details may be used for security purposes to identify a Member or confirm Points or Benefits transactions on the Member’s Program Account.  If a Member has not provided or updated ECCPL with the correct details, ECCPL may not be able to contact the Member about their membership, Benefits or other special offers.

4.   Member’s Credentials

4.1 ECCPL does not issue physical loyalty cards for the Program.
4.2 Each Member is instead required to have a valid email address as part of the registration details held by ECCPL and set up a password in order to login to the online Program portal on the RV Online Website.
4.3 It is the Member’s responsibility to protect and safeguard the Member’s password for online Program login (Member’s Credentials). Each Registered Member must not provide any third party with access to the Member’s Credentials or allow any third party to use the Member’s Credentials.  The Registered Member is responsible for:
   (a) all activities conducted using the Member’s Credentials (or using any alternative personal details or identification provided to ECCPL which confirms the Member’s registration details held by ECCPL); and
   (b) notifying ECCPL if there has been any access by any third party to the Member’s Credentials.

5.   Termination or suspension of participation in the RVO Nation Program

5.1 Registered Members must not:
   (a) breach the law in respect of their interactions with ECCPL, RV Online or the Program;
   (b) supply false or misleading information, or make any misrepresentation, to ECCPL, RV Online or their respective personnel;
   (c) act in an abusive or offensive manner to any ECCPL or RV Online personnel; or
   (d) otherwise breach these Terms and Conditions, or cause a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
5.2 If a Registered Member has breached (or ECCPL reasonably suspects that a Registered Member has breached) these Terms and Conditions, ECCPL may do any one or more of the following:
   (a) suspend the operation of the Registered Member’s Program Account;
   (b) suspend the ability of the Registered Member to earn and/or redeem RVO Nation Points;
   (c) suspend any or all Benefits of the Member or reverse or cancel any RVO Nation Points or other Benefits awarded to the Member; or
   (d) close the Registered Member’s Program Account and terminate the Registered Member’s registration as a Registered Member and participation in the Program.
5.3 ECCPL will notify the Registered Member when ECCPL takes any of the actions described in 5.2(a), (b) or (c) above; will provide 30 (thirty) days’ notice to the Registered Member before ECCPL takes the actions described in 5.2(d) above; and, if requested by the Registered Member, will provide reasonable details of the reason for that action.
5.4 However, if a Registered Member’s Program Account is suspended or closed for reasons beyond the Member’s control and without fault of the Member, ECCPL may in its discretion honour any existing Points or Benefits (that have not expired) at that time by reversing the suspension or closure or by crediting those Points or Benefits into a new Program Account for the Member.
5.5 Registered Members may cancel their participation in the RVO Nation Program on written notice to ECCPL sent by email to hello@rvonline.com.au. Upon receipt of such request, ECCPL will close the relevant Program Account and terminate the Registered Member’s registration as a Registered Member and participation in the Program (and Section 9 will apply).

6.   Tiers and Tier Members

6.1 Unless otherwise determined by ECCPL in its sole discretion, all new Registered Members will initially be allocated to the Subscriber Tier and will be Subscriber Members upon registering as a Registered Member. Eligible purchases made in the following 365 day period commencing on the Member’s registration date will then be assessed to determine the Member Tier that the Member will be allocated to for the following 365 day period.
6.2 Each Member will be allocated to a Tier of the Program on the basis of their spend after the Program start date on eligible purchases, as follows:
   (a) Subscriber Tier: being a Registered Member that is not at the applicable time a Tier 1, Tier 2 or Tier 3 Member (Subscribers or Subscriber Members);
   (b) Tier 1: being a Member that has, in the previous 365 days of their Program Membership, made one or more eligible purchases (with a combined total purchase value of less than $500), each of which has been recorded against the Member’s Program Account (Tier 1 Members);
   (c) Tier 2: being a Member that has, in the previous 365 days of their Program Membership, made one or more separate eligible purchases (with a combined total purchase value of $500 or more but less than $2,250), each of which has been recorded against the Member’s Program Account (Tier 2 Members); and
   (d) Tier 3: being a Member that has, in the previous 365 days of their Program Membership, made one or more separate eligible purchases (with a combined total purchase value of $2,250 or more), each of which has been recorded against the Member’s Program Account (Tier 3 Members).
6.3 With effect from the day that a Member qualifies for a new Tier (the Qualification Day), as described in Section 2, the Member will be allocated to that new Tier and remain in that new Tier for 365 days from the Qualification Day (unless the Member qualifies for a higher Tier within that 365 days).
6.4 For example, if a Member joins the Program on 1 May 2025, and is a Subscriber Member from that date, the Member’s purchases from 1 May 2025 to 30 April 2026 will be used to determine the next Tier for that Member. If the Member then makes an eligible purchase of $2800 on 14 June 2025 from RV Online through the RV Online Website and it is recorded against the Member’s Program Account, then the Member will be allocated to Tier 3 (and become a Tier 3 Member) from 14 June 2025 and will remain a Tier 3 Member until 13 June 2026 (when the Member’s Tier for the following year will then be assessed based on the Member’s eligible purchases in the period 14 June 2025 to 13 June 2026).
6.5 Different Tiers will be offered different Benefits. ECCPL and RV Online reserve the right to make different offers available to Members in different Tiers.
6.6 During any period that a Registered Member is allocated to the Subscriber Tier (each a Subscriber) the Subscriber Member will receive the RVO Nation newsletters and updates but will not be entitled to earn or redeem any Points.
6.7 Unless otherwise specified by ECCPL, only Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 Members are entitled to earn or redeem Points (that is, only Members who have made at least one eligible purchase, that has been recorded against the Member’s Program Account, in the previous 365 days of Program membership are entitled to earn or redeem Points).

7.   Earning RVO Nation Points

7.1 Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 Members may earn RVO Nation Points (including Base Points Earn and bonus RVO Nation Points) on eligible purchases made during any period that they are a Tier 1, Tier 2 or Tier 3 Member (provided the eligible purchase has been recorded against the Member’s Program Account), subject to any restrictions, exclusions and exceptions set out in these Terms and Conditions or otherwise notified by ECCPL or RV Online from time to time.
7.2 Eligible products and the rates and terms and conditions on which RVO Nation Points are earned on eligible purchases/eligible products are described on the RV Online Website from time to time and are subject to change. As at the Effective Date, RVO Nation Points (excluding bonus RVO Nation Points) are earned at a rate of 2 (two) RVO Nation Points per A$1 (including GST) spent by eligible Registered Members on eligible purchases (Base Points Earn).
7.3 RVO Nation Points will be credited to the relevant Program Account, as follows:
   (a) ECCPL will endeavour to credit Points to the relevant Program Account as soon as possible (and in any event within 4 (four) business days) after the relevant eligible purchase has been completed;
   (b) RVO Nation Points will be credited to Program Accounts based on the relevant purchase data recorded by RV Online; and
   (c) Points will be credited and administered in accordance with and subject to these Terms and Conditions.
7.4 Registered Members are responsible for monitoring the balance of RVO Nation Points in their Program Accounts and must notify ECCPL of any error or inaccuracy within 6 months after the date of the relevant transaction. ECCPL will investigate the error or inaccuracy, and correct any Program Account error or inaccuracy where reasonably possible.
7.5 RVO Nation Points are not transferable under any circumstances.
7.6 RVO Nation Points are not cash or money and cannot be converted to or redeemed or exchanged for cash or money.
7.7 To earn Points for eligible purchases, the eligible Registered Member must:
   (a) login using their password and complete the eligible purchase transaction while logged in; or
   (b) complete the eligible purchase transaction by telephoning RV Online customer services, provided that the Member’s identity is verified to the satisfaction of the customer services operator, the Member provides their Registered Email address to the operator before the purchase transaction is completed, and the Registered Email address is valid and registered to the named purchaser on the transaction.
7.8 In the event that a Registered Member makes an eligible purchase as a Guest or while not logged in and so does not earn Points on the transaction at the time of the transaction, the Member may within 30 (thirty) days of making the purchase request ECCPL to retrospectively credit the Points to his/her Program Account by contacting RV Online customer services and providing documentation confirming the purchase. If ECCPL confirms that the purchase was made and Points were not credited in respect of the purchase, ECCPL will credit the relevant Points to the Member’s Program Account retrospectively.

8.   Earning RVO Nation Points – other offers

8.1 ECCPL and/or RV Online may from time to time provide Registered Members with opportunities to earn bonus RVO Nation Points. The details and terms and conditions of those offers will be provided with the relevant offer and/or on the RV Online Website.
8.2 Not all Registered Members will receive all such bonus offers. ECCPL and RV Online reserve the right to make different offers available to different Members.

9.   Earning RVO Nation Points – exclusions

9.1 RVO Nation Points are not earned on purchases of:
   (a) products that have been cancelled, reversed, or returned (all returns will be assessed in accordance with the RV Online Returns Policy then applicable); or
   (b) products that are not eligible for RVO Nation Points earn, as described in these Terms and Conditions or on the RV Online Website; or
   (c) products from ECCPL or through any ECCPL website other than eligible purchases from RV Online through the RV Online Website or RV Online customer services; or
   (d) products through Marketplaces or aggregator channels where RV Online sells its products (like eBay or Amazon); or
   (e) products that ECCPL or RV Online determines are for business, commercial or wholesale purposes or in the course of conducting a business; or
   (f) products to the extent paid for using any Points redemption (see Section 2(d) for more details), any Voucher (see Section 14.5 for more details), any RV Online gift card or any RV Online credit voucher.
9.2 Unless otherwise determined by ECCPL in accordance with Section 8, RVO Nation Points are also not earned on purchases of eligible products made by Registered Members where RV Online does not record the Registered Member as the customer at the time of the transaction. It is the responsibility of the Registered Member to ensure that he/she is logged in this his/her Program Account (or the purchase is registered against his/her Program Account) when the purchase transaction is made (so that Points can be allocated).
9.3 Without limiting Section 2, ECCPL may deduct RVO Nation Points from a Program Account that relate to purchases of eligible products described in this Section 9, or that have been otherwise credited to that Program Account in error or to which the Member was not entitled. ECCPL will notify the Member if it takes any such action.
9.4 In the event that a Registered Member redeems Points earned and then subsequently the RVO Nation Points earn from a prior Earn purchase is deducted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Program Account of the Member may have a negative balance of Points. In this case, subsequent Earn purchases will be applied to offset the negative balance before the Member can recommence redeeming Points.

10.   Redeeming RVO Nation Points

10.1 Unless otherwise determined by ECCPL (in its sole discretion):
   (a) RVO Nation Points can only be redeemed by Registered Members for a real time ‘dollars off’ discount for eligible purchases of $99 or more, as described in these Terms and Conditions and on the RV Online Website; and
   (b) RVO Nation Points can only be redeemed by Registered Members for a real time ‘dollars off’ discount in multiples of 500 Points on eligible purchases and each redemption of 500 Points will provide a $5 (five Australian dollars) discount off the relevant eligible purchase. For example, a Registered Member with a Points balance of 2,200 Points may redeem 500 Points for $5 (five dollars) off, or 1,000 Points for $10 (ten dollars) off, or 1,500 Points for $15 (fifteen dollars) off, or 2,000 Points for $20 (twenty dollars) off an eligible purchase.
10.2 For each Redemption purchase:
   (a) multiples of 500 Points can be redeemed for a single Redemption purchase if requested by the Registered Member;
   (b) minimum spend of $99 is required for any Redemption purchase;
   (c) if the ‘dollars off’ value for a Redemption purchase exceeds the original dollar value of the Redemption purchase (that is, Points have been redeemed in excess of the original dollar purchase value of the Redemption purchase), the excess dollars off and excess Points redeemed will be forfeited. For example, if a Registered Member makes an eligible purchase for $96 from RV Online and redeems 10,000 Points for that purchase (being 20 x 500 Points redemptions for a dollars off discount of $100 dollars), the excess $4 dollars off (and corresponding excess Points redeemed) will be forfeited. Alternatively, the Member could redeem 9,500 Points for a $95 discount and pay the extra $1 in cash; and
   (d) Points are not earned on the dollars off value of the Redemption purchase (but they are earned on any cash / money payment used to fund the Redemption purchase in excess of the Points redemption). For example, if a Registered Member makes an eligible purchase for $100 from RV Online and redeems 2,000 Points for that purchase (being a Redemption purchase as Points are redeemed as part of the purchase), $20 dollars off will be applied to the purchase (being the redemption value for 2,000 Points) at the time of purchase, and the Member will pay the remaining $80 by cash / money or payment card. In this case, the Member will earn Points on the $80 cash / payment card amount (but not on the $20 dollars off value).
10.3 Points cannot be used or redeemed:
   (a) for a purchase during an advertised major sale by RV Online (unless RV Online notifies Members otherwise); or
   (b) with any other offer or benefit on the same purchase (except that multiple Vouchers and/or Points redemption can be used – that is, a Member can redeem Points and use one on more Vouchers for the same purchase); or
   (c) for cash or money or for excluded products and/or services as notified by ECCPL or RV Online from time to time; or
   (d) for or applied to a prior completed purchase.
10.4 Redemption purchases may be subject to additional terms and conditions that will be notified to Registered Members (including on the RV Online Website) prior to finalising the applicable Points redemption request.
10.5 To redeem Points for eligible purchases made online through RV Online, the Registered Member must:
   (a) login using their password, complete the purchase transaction while logged in and nominate the number of Points to be redeemed (in the denominations offered); or
   (b) complete the purchase transaction by telephoning RV Online customer services, and provide their Registered Email address to the operator before the purchase transaction is completed (and the Registered Email address must be valid and be registered to the named purchaser on the transaction), nominate the number of Points to be redeemed (in the denominations offered) and provide to the customer services operator personal details or identification acceptable to ECCPL (in its sole discretion acting reasonably) to allow the operator to confirm the customer is the Registered Member for the Program Account from which Points are to be redeemed.

11.   Welcome Voucher

11.1 ECCPL will provide:
   (a) each new Subscriber Member (when that Member first registers as a Registered Member on or after the Program start date and has not previously received a Welcome Voucher through the Program) a Subscriber Welcome Voucher as described below;
   (b) each Tier 1 Member (when the Member is promoted to be a Tier 1 Member from a lower Tier), a Tier 1 Welcome Voucher as described below (provided the Member has not previously received a Tier 1 Welcome Voucher);
   (c) each Tier 2 Member (when the Member is promoted to be a Tier 2 Member from a lower Tier), a Tier 2 Welcome Voucher as described below (provided the Member has not previously received a Tier 2 Welcome Voucher); and
   (d) each Tier 3 Member (when the Member is promoted to be a Tier 3 Member from a lower Tier), a Tier 3 Welcome Voucher as described below (provided the Member has not previously received a Tier 3 Welcome Voucher).
    A Welcome Voucher is not provided to a Member that is allocated to a Tier of the Program from a higher Tier of the Program – for example, a Member that has spent a year as a Tier 3 Member and at the end of that year is allocated to Tier 2 based on the spend in that year, will not be provided with a Tier 2 Welcome Voucher at the time of their allocation to Tier 2 (even if the Member has not previously received a Tier 2 Welcome Voucher).
    11.2 Each Welcome Voucher:
       (a) will be sent by email to the Registered Email address (or by SMS to the registered mobile phone number) of the Member;
       (b) can only be redeemed by the Registered Member for a real time ‘dollars off’ discount to the value of the Voucher on an eligible purchase of $99 or more (made during the validity period of the Voucher) as registered to the Member’s Program Account, as further described in these Terms and Conditions and on the RV Online Website; and
       (c) must be redeemed within 30 (thirty) days of the Voucher issue date (being the validity period of the Welcome Voucher).
      11.3 For:
         (a) Subscriber Members, the value of the Welcome Voucher will be 5% (five percent) ‘dollars off’ discount (that is, 5% off the dollar value of the relevant eligible purchase) (a Subscriber Welcome Voucher);
         (b) Tier 1 Members, the value of the Welcome Voucher will be 5% (five percent) ‘dollars off’ discount (that is, 5% off the dollar value of the relevant eligible purchase) (a Tier 1 Welcome Voucher); and
         (c) Tier 2 Members, the value of the Welcome Voucher will be 10% (ten percent) ‘dollars off’ discount (that is, 10% off the dollar value of the relevant eligible purchase) (a Tier 2 Welcome Voucher); and
         (d) Tier 3 Members, the value of the Welcome Voucher will be 15% (fifteen percent) ‘dollars off’ discount (that is, 15% off the dollar value of the relevant eligible purchase) (a Tier 3 Welcome Voucher).

      12.   Birthday Voucher

      12.1 ECCPL will provide a Birthday Voucher as described below to each Registered Member that:
         (a) has his/her birth date details in his/her registration details held by ECCPL for that Registered Member; and
         (b) after registering those birth date details, remains a Registered Member on that Member’s registered birth date.
      12.2 If a birth date is not included in the Member’s registered details for his/her Program Account, the Member will not receive a Birthday Voucher. Any change made by a Member to his/her registered birth date must be verified to ECCPL’s satisfaction (acting reasonably). ECCPL reserves the right to suspend or cancel any Birthday Voucher in the event of a change in a Member’s registered birth date that has not been verified.
      12.3 Each Birthday Voucher:
         (a) will be sent by email to the Registered Email address (or by SMS to the registered mobile phone number) of the Member on or about the Member’s registered birth date;
         (b) can only be redeemed by Registered Members for a real time ‘dollars off’ discount to the value of the Voucher on an eligible purchase of $99 or more (made during the redemption period specified below for the Voucher) as registered to the Member’s Program Account, as further described in these Terms and Conditions and on the RV Online Website; and
         (c) must be redeemed within the redemption period specified below for the Voucher.
      12.4 For:
         (a) Subscriber Members, the value of the Birthday Voucher will be $5 (five Australian dollars) and the redemption period shall be 14 (fourteen) days after the Voucher issue date (a Subscriber Birthday Voucher);
         (b) Tier 1 Members, the value of the Birthday Voucher will be $5 (five Australian dollars) and the redemption period shall be 30 (thirty) days after the Voucher issue date (a Tier 1 Birthday Voucher);
         (c) Tier 2 Members, the value of the Birthday Voucher will be $10 (ten Australian dollars) and the redemption period shall be 30 (thirty) days after the Voucher issue date (a Tier 2 Birthday Voucher); and
         (d) Tier 3 Members, the value of the Birthday Voucher will be $20 (twenty Australian dollars) and the redemption period shall be 60 (sixty) days after the Voucher issue date (a Tier 3 Birthday Voucher).

      13.   Other Voucher offers

      13.1 ECCPL and/or RV Online may from time to time provide Registered Members with other opportunities to earn and redeem discount Vouchers through the Program. The details and terms and conditions of those offers will be provided with the relevant offer and/or on the RV Online Website.
      13.2 Not all Registered Members will receive all such Voucher offers. ECCPL and RV Online reserve the right to make different offers available to different Members.

      14.   Redemption of Vouchers

      14.1 Vouchers will typically be issued electronically (by email or by SMS) as or with a unique promotional code. The unique promotional code must be verified in the course of the relevant eligible purchase transaction before the Voucher can be redeemed.
      14.2 A Voucher cannot be used:
         (a) for a purchase during an advertised major sale by RV Online (unless RV Online notifies Members otherwise); or
         (b) with any other offer or benefit on the same purchase (except that multiple Vouchers and/or Points redemption can be used – that is, a Member can redeem Points and use one or more Vouchers for the same purchase). For example, if a Tier 2 Member makes an eligible purchase for $150 from RV Online, the Member may redeem 5,000 Points for that purchase for a dollars off discount of $50 (if the Member has 5,000 Points at the time of the purchase) and may also redeem for that purchase a Tier 2 Welcome Voucher for 10% of the dollar value of that purchase being $15 (provided the Tier 2 Welcome Voucher remains valid at the time of the purchase). Accordingly, the Member will need to pay $85 in cash / money to complete the purchase; or
         (c) or redeemed for cash or money or for excluded products and/or services as notified by ECCPL or RV Online from time to time; or
         (d) for or applied to a prior completed purchase.
      14.3 Vouchers may also be subject to additional terms and conditions that will be notified to Registered Members (including on the RV Online Website) at the time of or before sending the Voucher.
      14.4 Unless stated otherwise in the terms and conditions for the Voucher, each Voucher can only be redeemed for dollars off on purchases from RV Online. To redeem a Voucher the Registered Member must:
         (a) for online purchases from RV Online, login using their password, complete the purchase transaction while logged in and enter the unique promotional code provided to the Member for the Voucher at the online checkout; or
         (b) for purchases from RV Online through RV Online customer services, complete the purchase transaction by telephoning RV Online customer services, and provide their Registered Email address to the operator before the purchase transaction is completed (and the Registered Email address must be valid and be registered to the named purchaser on the transaction), provide the unique promotional code for the Voucher to the operator and provide to the customer services operator personal details or identification acceptable to ECCPL (in its sole discretion acting reasonably) to allow the operator to confirm the customer is the Registered Member to whom the Voucher has been issued.
      14.5 Points are not earned on the dollars off value of a Voucher (but they are earned on any cash / money payment used to fund an eligible purchase in excess of the Voucher value). For example, if a Registered Member makes an eligible purchase for $100 from RV Online and redeems his/her 5% off Welcome Voucher for that purchase, $5 dollars off will be applied to the purchase (being the 5% off value of the Welcome Voucher) at the time of purchase, and the Member will pay the remaining $95 by cash / money or payment card. In this case, the Member will earn Points on the $95 cash / payment card amount (but not on the $5 dollars off value).

      15.   Returns

      15.1 All returns will be assessed in accordance with the RV Online Returns Policy then applicable.
      15.2 If for any reason a Member returns an item that the Member purchased using Points or Voucher redemption to fund all or part of the purchase price, and ECCPL or RV Online is required by law or the RV Online Returns Policy to accept that return (or RV Online otherwise agrees to that return), then:
         (a) if the purchase price is to be refunded, any Points or Vouchers redeemed or used for that original purchase will be refunded to the Member; or
         (b) if the purchase price is not to be refunded, the RV Online Returns Policy will apply and if a credit is to be issued under that Policy then ECCPL or RV Online will provide a credit to the Member for the full amount of the original purchase value (and any Points or Vouchers redeemed or used for that original purchase will be forfeited).

      16.   Other terms for Points and other Benefits

      16.1 Points and Vouchers can only be redeemed for purchases from RV Online through the RV Online Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions applicable to the relevant Benefits as notified from time to time by ECCPL or RV Online.
      16.2 Points and Vouchers can only be redeemed once.
      16.3 Points and Vouchers cannot be redeemed for business, commercial or wholesale purchases.
      16.4 Points and Vouchers cannot be redeemed on Marketplaces or aggregator channels where RV Online sells its products (like eBay or Amazon).
      16.5 Benefits cannot be sold, transferred or assigned and are not redeemable for or converted to cash or money or any other Benefit.
      16.6 Benefits must be redeemed within the time stated or (if not so redeemed) they will expire and will no longer be able to be redeemed.
      16.7 Each of ECCPL and RV Online reserves the right in its discretion to exclude certain products from the eligible products that Members may earn Points for purchasing or redeem Benefits for (by providing notice on the RV Online Website).
      16.8 Not all Registered Members will receive all or the same Benefits. Each of ECCPL and RV Online reserves the right to make different Benefits available to different Members.
      16.9 Without limiting Section 2, either ECCPL or RV Online may withdraw or cancel any Voucher or other Benefit provided to a Member, or allocated to a Program Account, in error or to which the Member was not entitled (and will provide notice to the Member when it does so).

      17.   Activity statements

      17.1 Registered Members may view and print statements, showing details of RVO Nation Points earned and redeemed on their Program Account, on the RV Online Website. No paper statements will be issued by ECCPL.

      18.   Expiry of RVO Nation Points

      18.1 All RVO Nation Points remaining in a Program Account (that have not been redeemed) will expire 365 days after the date the Points were credited to the Program Account (based on the first in first out principle). For example, if a Registered Member earned 1,000 Points on 1 August 2024 and 2,000 Points on 1 October 2024, then redeemed 2,000 Points on 14 October 2024, leaving a Points balance on 14 October 2024 of 1,000 Points, the balance of 1,000 Points will expire on 1 October 2025.
      18.2 RVO Nation Points cannot be reinstated after they have expired and been cancelled.

      19.   Changes to the RVO Nation Program

      19.1 ECCPL may change the RVO Nation Program (including these Terms and Conditions) in its sole discretion at any time.
      19.2 Without limiting Section 19.1, Registered Members acknowledge that either ECCPL or RV Online may at any time change the scope of eligible products, rewards and/or Benefits in the RVO Nation Program, including the rewards or benefits that can be obtained by redeeming Points, the rates at which Points may be earned and/or redeemed, the amount of discount that can be obtained by redeeming Points and/or the number of Points required to be redeemed for the discount.
      19.3 ECCPL will give notice of any change to these Terms and Conditions by posting a revised version on the RV Online Website. ECCPL will use reasonable efforts to provide at least 60 days notice of changes to the RVO Nation Program (including to these Terms and Conditions) that may materially adversely impact Registered Members.
      19.4 By accepting the changed Terms and Conditions on the RV Online Website, or by continuing to participate in the RVO Nation Program after the effective date of changes to these Terms and Conditions (e.g. by continuing as a Registered Member, by accessing a Program Account, or by earning or redeeming RVO Nation Points or other Benefits), Registered Members agree to be bound by the changed Terms and Conditions.

      20.   Termination or suspension of the RVO Nation Program

      20.1 ECCPL may terminate or suspend the RVO Nation Program at any time on notice to Registered Members. ECCPL will use reasonable efforts to provide at least 90 days notice of such termination or suspension. 
      20.2 ECCPL will use reasonable efforts to ensure that Registered Members can continue to redeem RVO Nation Points and Vouchers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions during the notice period referred to in Section 20.1.

      21.   Privacy and Collection Notice

      21.1 ECCPL (including through RV Online) collects:
         (a) information (including personal information) provided by Registered Members (i) in applications to participate in the RVO Nation Program, (ii) otherwise in the registration process, (iii) in accessing their Program Accounts, (iv) through participation in the RVO Nation Program (including through the earning and redeeming of RVO Nation Points), and (v) as described in the RV Online Privacy Policy; and
         (b) other information (including personal information) (i) about purchases by Registered Members from ECCPL or RV Online or other transactions between Registered Members and ECCPL or RV Online, including information about purchases of eligible products, and (ii) as described in the RV Online Privacy Policy, including information from third parties.
      21.2 Each Registered Member consents to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of the information described in Section 21.1 for the following purposes:
         (a) to establish and maintain the customer relationship between Registered Members and each of ECCPL and RV Online;
         (b) to administer the RVO Nation Program and/or the Benefits under the RVO Nation Program;
         (c) to provide goods, services and/or Benefits to Registered Members;
         (d) to provide marketing (including but not limited to direct marketing and any advertising on websites and social media) and other communications relating to Benefits, products, services, promotions, specials and events (subject to any change by the Member to his/her marketing preferences on the RV Online Website or by opting out);
         (e) to assist in identifying ways in which ECCPL and RV Online can provide Registered Members and other customers with a better service, or enhance the RVO Nation Program;
         (f) to comply with ECCPL or RV Online legal and regulatory obligations and enforce any legal rights; and
         (g) any other purpose as expressly set out in the RV Online Privacy Policy.
      21.3 Registered Members can opt out of receiving different types of marketing communications from us by clicking the unsubscribe link in the relevant email or texting "STOP" in response to a SMS communication. 
      21.4 Registered Members acknowledge that ECCPL may at any time send certain service related communications to Members regarding Program transactions and/or services. Registered Members agree that these communications will not contain an unsubscribe link. If a Registered Member does not want to receive these service related communications, the Member will need to exit the Program.
      21.5 ECCPL and RV Online also use some de-identified details of Member purchases from RV Online (such as residential suburb and a brief description of the item purchased) in pop up advertising on our website, which can be seen by users of and visitors to the RV Online Website when the pop up appears. ECCPL and RV Online may also use information about Members (including prior purchases, the way Members interact with the RV Online Website and demographic data) which has been de-identified to help ECCPL and RV Online deliver marketing communications to customers and users and to display advertisements that ECCPL and RV Online believe are likely to be of interest to Members and other customers and users.
      21.6 Each Registered Member also consents to ECCPL transferring or disclosing his/her personal information to third party service providers as described in the RV Online Privacy Policy, including service providers who hold that data in the United States.
      21.7 Registered Members can access, correct or update their information on the RV Online Website. Members must ensure that the information provided is accurate, complete and current, including a valid email address.  If ECCPL is not provided with the information requested or the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, ECCPL may be unable to register an individual as a Registered Member and/or the Registered Member may not be able to access the benefits of the Program.
      21.8 The RV Online Privacy Policy provides further details regarding how Registered Members may lodge a complaint if they believe there has been a breach of their privacy rights, or they have any queries, concerns or other questions regarding ECCPL’s or RV Online’s collection, use or disclosure of their personal information. Registered Members may also contact RV Online for help by emailing hello@rvonline.com.au
      21.9 This Section 21 survives the termination of these Terms and Conditions and the termination or suspension of the Program and each Member’s membership.

      22.   Tax

      22.1 There may be tax consequences arising from a Registered Member’s participation in the RVO Nation Program, and ECCPL recommends that Registered Members obtain tax advice in relation to any such tax consequences.
      22.2 Each Registered Member is responsible for any and all tax imposed by law in connection with the Member’s participation in the RVO Nation Program, including in relation to earning, redeeming and using Benefits, and will indemnify ECCPL and RV Online against any loss or claim arising out of or in connection with any such taxes.

      23.   Liability

      23.1 Certain legislation, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), may imply or impose warranties, conditions or guarantees or impose obligations which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Nothing in these Terms and Conditions has the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any Non-Excludable Guarantees unless permitted by law.
      23.2 Subject to Section 23.1, ECCPL and RV Online exclude all warranties, conditions or guarantees (other than those expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions) including, but not limited to, all warranties, conditions or guarantees implied in fact or by law and, while ECCPL and RV Online will use its reasonable endeavours to provide a quality service, ECCPL and RV Online do not guarantee, represent or warrant that Members’ use of or access to the Program will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
      23.3 Subject to Section 23.1 and to the extent permitted by law:
         (a) neither ECCPL nor RV Online will be liable to any Member, nor will any Member be liable to ECCPL or RV Online, for any Consequential Loss arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the Program including any Benefits, whether arising under contract, in tort (including negligence), under any statute or otherwise; and
         (b) the liability of ECCPL and/or RV Online to any Member arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the Program including any Benefits will be limited (at ECCPL’s option) to (i) the cost of re-supplying the relevant goods or services, or repairing, or paying the costs of repairing, the relevant goods, or (ii) reinstating or crediting the RVO Nation Points or Vouchers or other Benefits in dispute, or (iii) refund of the price paid for the relevant goods or services, other than any such liability arising out of the negligence or wilful misconduct of or any breach of laws by ECCPL and/or RV Online.

      24.   Intellectual property

      24.1 Each Registered Member acknowledges and agrees that he/she has no rights or title to, or interest in, any intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to ECCPL or RV Online, the Trade Marks, any other ECCPL or RV Online branding, the Program, the Registered Member database and all intellectual property rights in the Program and the Registered Member database, all of which are owned solely by ECCPL.

      25.   General

      25.1 These Terms and Conditions and participation in the RVO Nation Program are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that State.
      25.2 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions or its application to any person or circumstance is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then the provision will so far as possible be read down to the extent necessary to ensure that it is not illegal, invalid or unenforceable. If any provision or part of it cannot be so read down, then the provision or relevant part of it will be deemed to be void and severable and the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will not be affected or impaired in any way.
      25.3 Notices and other communications (collectively “Notices”) provided by ECCPL (through RV Online or otherwise) to a Registered Member (each a “Recipient”) may be provided by email (to the Recipient’s Registered Email address), by posting on the RV Online Website or by any other form of communication as determined by ECCPL. A Recipient will be taken to have received any such Notice upon ECCPL sending such Notice to the Recipient’s Registered Email address or posting it on the RV Online Website. Any notice or communication by a Registered Member to ECCPL must be sent by email to hello@rvonline.com.au
      25.4 Neither ECCPL nor RV Online accepts any responsibility for any lost, stolen or misdirected Notice or any delay in receiving or non-receipt of any such Notice arising as a result of: (a) any Registered Email address or any other Recipient contact details held in the Recipient’s Program registration details being invalid or incorrect; and/or (b) the email systems of the Recipient malfunctioning. It is the responsibility of each Recipient to ensure that its Registered Email address and any other contact details held in its Program registration details are valid, correct and up to date.
      25.5 Any failure or delay by ECCPL or RV Online in exercising its rights under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Any waiver by ECCPL or RV Online must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of ECCPL.

      27.   Definitions

        Base Points Earn is defined in Section 7.2.
        Benefits means Points, Vouchers, the discounts and benefits associated with redeeming each of them, and any other benefits provided to Registered Members under the RVO Nation Program and these Terms and Conditions.
        Birthday Voucher means a birthday voucher issued to a Registered Member as described in Section 12.
        bonus RVO Nation Points means RVO Nation Points earned by Members under ad-hoc promotional offers made by ECCPL and/or RV Online, other than Points earned under the Base Points Earn offer.
        Consequential Loss means any (a) loss of opportunity, loss of use, loss of profit or economic loss of any kind, or (b) indirect, incidental or consequential loss, damage, claim or expense, or (c) special, punitive or exemplary loss or damage.
        Earn purchase means an eligible purchase by a Registered Member on which the Member earns RVO Nation Points.
        ECCPL means Everything Caravan & Camping Pty Ltd (ABN 85 664 582 932) trading as RVonline.com.au, as the owner and operator of RV Online and the RVO Nation Program.
        Effective Date is defined in Section 1.1.
        eligible products means goods and services offered for sale by RV Online through the RV Online Website or RV Online customer services, subject to any restrictions, exclusions and exceptions set out in these Terms and Conditions or otherwise notified by ECCPL or RV Online from time to time. Note – eligible products are essentially the RV Online products and services that when purchased by Registered Members are eligible for RVO Nation Points earn, or the Member can redeem Benefits for a real time ‘dollars off’ discount, as the case may be, as more fully described in these Terms and Conditions, on the RV Online Website or in communications from ECCPL or RV Online. And an eligible purchase is a purchase of any such eligible products from RV Online through the RV Online Website or RV Online customer services, subject to any restrictions, exclusions and exceptions set out in these Terms and Conditions or otherwise notified by ECCPL or RV Online from time to time.
        GST means any goods and services tax, value added tax or sales tax imposed on the sale or supply of goods, services and rights including but not limited to a tax imposed by the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth) and its associated legislation.
        Marketplaces means a multi-vendor platform where sellers can sell their products, and the marketplace owner earns a commission from each sale. For the avoidance of doubt, Marketplaces includes the ‘Everything Caravan & Camping’ marketplace and website but does not include RV Online or the RV Online Website.
        Notices is defined in Section 25.3.
        Program Account is defined in Section 2.5.
        Program start date means 3 July 2024.
        Recipient is defined in Section 25.3.
        Redemption purchase means an eligible purchase by a Registered Member in relation to which the Member redeems Points for a real time ‘dollars off’ discount (whether or not an additional cash / money amount is also paid).
        Registered Email address means the email address held in the Program registration details for the Registered Member.
        Registered Member or Member means a natural person who is registered by ECCPL as a member of the Program, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
        RVO Nation Points or Points means points in the RVO Nation Program that are credited to Program Accounts under these Terms and Conditions.
        RVO Nation Program or the Program means the ‘RVO Nation’ customer loyalty and rewards program provided by ECCPL (through RV Online) under these Terms and Conditions, as the program may be amended or renamed from time to time.
        RV Online means the online retail business operated by ECCPL at www.rvonline.com.au under the banner ‘RV Online’.
        RV Online customer services means the RV Online customer service call centre contactable by telephone on 1300 05 2020 or email at hello@rvonline.com.au
        RV Online Privacy Policy means the RV Online Privacy Policy available at the RV Online Website.
        RV Online Website means the RV Online website through which ECCPL (trading as ‘RV Online’) sells products to customers, and where Members can access their Program Account, currently located at www.rvonline.com.au  For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the RV Online Website does not include any other website or channel through which RV Online makes sales (such as any Marketplace or any aggregator channels such as eBay and Amazon).
        Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions of the RVO Nation Program, as published on the RV Online Website and amended from time to time.
        Trade Marks means the intellectual property, names, logos, trade marks, brands, designs or expressions that ECCPL or RV Online uses in the course of conducting its businesses.
        Vouchers means discount vouchers or other vouchers issued to Members and redeemable under these Terms and Conditions (including any Welcome Voucher and Birthday Voucher as described in these Terms and Conditions).
        Welcome Voucher means a welcome voucher issued to a Registered Member as described in Section 11.
        And references in these Terms and Conditions to $, AU$ or dollars is a reference to Australian dollars.
