What is RVO Nation?

RVO Nation is a special rewards program designed to thank our loyal customers. Members earn points for purchases and can redeem these points for discounts, special offers, and exclusive products.
How do I join RVO Nation?

Joining RVO Nation is easy and free. Simply create an account. This account will be tied to your email address. If you currently have an account with us - you’ve already been enrolled in our loyalty program.
How do I earn points?

You earn points for every purchase you make. Additionally, you can earn points by engaging with us on social media, referring friends, writing product reviews, and participating in special promotions.
How do I check my points balance?

You can check your points balance by logging into your account on our website and navigating to the RVO Nation dashboard. Your points balance will also be visible at checkout.
How can I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points for a discount voucher. Login to your account and go to our loyalty program page HERE (hyperlink to the loyalty page). Discount vouchers expire after 30 days and can be used for orders valued at $99 or more.
Do my points expire?

Yes, points will expire 12 months from the date they were earned. You will receive notifications before any points expire to ensure you have ample opportunity to use them.
Are there different tiers or levels in the Loyalty Program?

Yes, our Loyalty Program has multiple tiers. As you earn more points, you can advance to higher tiers, which come with additional benefits, such as exclusive offers, early access to sales and more.
Can I use my points in conjunction with other discounts and promotions?

Generally, points can be used along with other discounts and promotions. However, some special promotions may have restrictions, which will be clearly stated in the promotion’s terms and conditions.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?

If you return a purchase, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. If you used points to make the purchase, those points will be refunded to your account.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?

No, points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
