The large single mirror lens creates less confusion and enhanced safety while driving. The four, easily adjustable positions, provide greater vision, with less vibration to any towing situation, while maintaining ADR compliance and safety. When the mirror is rotated into the horizontal position, the mirror’s actuator automatically adapts, allowing for standard adjustments (up, down, side to side) from the vehicle’s standard mirror controller. This caters to drivers of differing height and seated positions. Designed to fold inwards or outwards when bumped in car parks, or when contact is made with trees and other obstacles around the vehicle. Simple to fit. The MSA Towing Mirrors mount onto a vehicle door in the same position as the existing mirrors. Most factory mirror functions are retained and come with the choice of black or chrome. Manufactured to be extremely tough, these towing mirrors are made from injection-moulded and die-cast aluminium components to withstand harsh Australian conditions. They are a great all-around mirror for towing caravans, camper trailers, trailers, boats, and horse floats, and are available to suit a growing range of towing vehicles.
Government guidelines state that the driver is required to see 20m past the widest point of the towed vehicle. MSA Towing Mirrors meet this guideline and are specifically designed for Australian towing vehicles.
